I posted early and for those who missed it I am sorry. I deleted it. After much thinking, I decided that really is not what I wanted to do.
I will not take back what I've said and asked. I was told I need to be open and communicate my thoughts. If I don't, then I get in trouble for "closing myself off" or whatever. I've been pretty forth coming, doing what I've been told to do...be open and share what I am thinking. If it offended...well...be careful what you wish for.
But...I apologize for any confusion the deletion of the post may have caused. Please bear with me while I try to reorganize myself.
